BGA Re-Balling Kit

Integrated Ideas & Technologies' re-balling kits consist of a nest to hold the component body, stencil for printing flux, and a stencil to align and keep the solder balls placed during reflow and re-balling profiling. Also included with each kit is a custom component alignment fixture with all necessary tooling.
