For our first experience with IIT we are very pleased with the quality of the parts. Everything looks great. Aside from the parts themselves, most notably, working with yourself and IIT has been great. We really appreciate the quick responses to our questions that we had and keeping us in the loop on the status of the parts throughout the project. After the parts were delivered we put them through our internal quality process and found no instances of non-conformances. This certainly is a great thing to see particularly on a tight schedule project as this one, A+.
P.S. If all goes well, these parts should have a new home on the International Space Station, orbiting Earth, next summer.
