Rework and Prototype SMT Stencils

Hand Stencils for SMT Rework

A small stencil bent on 2 sides, creating flaps for the purpose of holding the stencil between the thumb and finger. Hand stencils are typically single component and can be designed to fit around neighboring components that are already loaded on the board.   Standard size for hand held stencils is .100" larger per side than the part manufacturers recommended land pattern for the component.   Custom sizing is available.  Squeegee included.

IIT Desktop® Stencils

A foil bent on 3 sides, with an alignment base for stencil registration. A simple and low cost solution, ideal for prototyping or low volume runs, this method eliminates the registration issues associated in hand printing with a flat piece of metal.

Desktop® stencils can be made from any Gerber file, to fit any board.

*Desktop® Stencils is an exclusive registered trademark name of Integrated Ideas & Technologies, Inc.

SMT Rework Stencils

These stencils consist of a stainless steel foil with a mounting bar or tube depending on style. They can be designed to fit most any rework machine.  Single Component rework only.

All Hand, Single Component and Desktop® stencils come complete with a stainless steel squeegee. Most orders can be completed and shipped on the same day ordered.

Hand, Unisite and Rework stencils are custom made for any component, including, but not limited to chips, melfs, sots, dpak, soic, so, som, sol/sow, sol-j, vsop, ssop, qsop, tsop, lcc, plcc, flat pack, qfp, qfn, pqft, bga, ic's and can be customized with relief areas, to eliminate removing neighboring components.
