IIT announces the AssemblyPro Fixture
Finally, a solution to assembling low volume prototype boards that have surface mount on both sides!
Recognizing the need for a complete solution for prototype assembly of double sided surface mount boards, we have developed the AssemblyPro Fixture.
Designed as a tool to compliment the Desktop® stencil, the AssemblyPro Fixture enables you to assemble double sided surface mount boards without a screen printer. No more sub-contracting out your low volume prototype builds!
Machined from durable high density polyethelyne, the AssemblyPro Fixture features a nested area that holds the board and cut outs in the fixture to accommodate the parts that have been placed on the bottom side. Each AssemblyPro Fixture is custom designed to fit your board requirements.

Integrated Ideas & Technologies, Inc is please to announce we are in the process of obtaining registration for AS9100. An Internationally recognized quality system, AS9100 will allow us to further service our existing, as well as future customers, in Sheet metal fabrication, Laser cutting services, and Machining services.
Our Military, Aerospace and International technology clients; required to contract with suppliers utilizing this quality system will find that our model of quick-turn production and material flexibility will remain unequaled by our competitors, while enjoying the added quality assurance and product specifications inherent with AS9100 registration.
We anticipate completion of our registration by spring of 2008 and will keep our clients posted regarding our progress towards this goal.

| ****Are your leadless parts shifting, shorting, or floating?
It's all too common a problem. Pads on the board are not always designed for optimum solder ability of the part that is being placed. Sometimes, the board will be designed for an optional load where the same pad layout is utilized for both a device with leads and a device without. Because the heel fillet is minimal with leadless parts, there is often excess paste deposited, causing a variety of problems, all resulting in costly rework. Armed with a part specification sheet and years of stencil design experience, IIT can create stencil apertures that will yield optimal results for leadless devices. ***IIT, Inc. is designing and manufacturing paste in hole (intrusive solder, pin in paste, there are a few terms for this process) stencils. With a few parameters from the customer regarding the part and the physical board, a stencil can be made that accommodates both the surface mount parts and the through hole parts, in a single application.
